Michael Falk
Chief Financial Officer

Michael Falk is the Chief Financial Officer of Fifth Season Investments. Previously, he worked as Chief Financial Officer for Fifth Season Financial LP and Chapford Capital Group. Before joining Fifth Season, Mike was the Corporate Controller and Secretary of American Banknote Corporation. Prior to that, he was the Chief Financial Officer at BHR Capital LLC as well as a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Steel Partners, Ltd. Before that he was an accounting manager at K2 Advisors, LLC. He started his career in the financial services audit group, rising to the position of supervisor at Richard A. Eisner & Co. L.L.P.

Mike graduated from Syracuse University with a B.S. in Accounting. He also holds an MBA in Finance and Investments from Baruch College, City of New York Zicklin Graduate School of Business. He has been licensed in New York State as a CPA since 1997.
